How To Use
If new to body scrubs start off using once a week to see how your skin reacts then gradually increase to 2-3 times a week. Use your body scrub in the shower or tub after you have cleaned your skin with warm water and soap. Then while skin is wet and soft apply an adequate amount to your body with your hand and softly massage in circular motion thoroughly. lastly apply moisterizers while skin is still damp.
