Lavender essential oil is relaxing and calming which helps with soothing the skin.

  • how to use

    If new to using body scrubs start off using once a week to see how your skin reacts then gradually increase to 2-3 times a week. Use your body scrub in the shower or tub after you have cleaned your skin with warm water and soap. Then while skin is wet and now soft apply an adequate amount of scrub to you body with your hand and softly massage in circular motion and rinse off thoroughly. Lastly apply moisturizers while skin is still damp.

    always use before shaving and never if you are sunburned or have a rash.
